In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring smooth service from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to deliver meals and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. We offer a competitive salary of Rp 3,500,000 - Rp 5,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for growth and development within our growing team.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages to tables.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including table setup and cleanup.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic kitchen terminology and food service procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk frequently.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
