📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the company.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases using systems like SAP SuccessFactors or similar tools.
• Assist in organizing and participating in HR events, workshops, and training sessions.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support the development of HR strategies.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
