As an Experience Host, Driver & Travel Operator in Ubud, you'll be at the forefront of delivering these experiences, using your expertise to craft unforgettable adventures for our guests.

In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, from planning and coordinating travel itineraries to ensuring our guests have a safe and enjoyable journey. You'll use tools like Google Maps and TripAdvisor to navigate and share the best local insights, and you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support.

• Plan and coordinate travel itineraries for guests, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience.
• Drive guests safely and professionally to various locations in Ubud and beyond.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Share your knowledge and passion for Bali's culture, history, and traditions with guests.
• Use tools like Google Maps and TripAdvisor to navigate and provide the best local insights.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure all travel arrangements are made smoothly.
• Promote and participate in Nomads Giving Back!'s social impact initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and punctuality in all aspects of the role.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel operations, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a driver with a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Excellent knowledge of the Ubud area, including popular tourist spots, local customs, and cultural significance.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for sustainable and responsible travel practices.
