📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on can-making machinery, including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of our equipment.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and optimize machinery performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Perform regular inspections and record maintenance activities in our maintenance management system.
• Provide technical support and training to junior mechanics and production staff.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our can-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of can-making machinery and processes.
• Certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and software.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.
