📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals, focusing on clinical education and product training.
• Create engaging and effective learning materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive sessions.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and compliance regulations to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to healthcare professionals to ensure continuous improvement in their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall training and education process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical education, clinical training, or a related role.
• Certification in medical education or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using training management systems such as Moodle or similar platforms.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
