📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new procedures and best practices.,Assess employees' training needs and design customized training programs accordingly.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure training programs align with company goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license.
