📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.,Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in retail or store management.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.,Fluency in English and local language is a must.
