📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects.,Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and test construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Prepare and maintain project documentation.,Manage and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong understanding of construction principles, practices, and procedures.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
