This role is crucial in driving our company's learning and development initiatives, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions to address them.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development activities into the overall business strategy.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior learning and development staff.,Report on the progress and impact of learning and development programs to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training technologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
