In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development strategies that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, a passion for helping others grow, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Create and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective learning and development programs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
