📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic partnership strategies to support Arts House Group's mission and growth objectives.,Identify, cultivate, and maintain key partnerships with organizations, institutions, and individuals in the arts and culture sector.,Lead and manage partnership development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.,Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, including government entities, NGOs, cultural institutions, and private sector entities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver joint projects, programs, and initiatives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.,Represent Arts House Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish strategic relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnership development, strategic alliances, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships in the arts and culture sector.,Strong understanding of the arts and culture landscape, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.,Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
