📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee and manage the daily operations of the chemical plant, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.,Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies to evaluate the performance of new processes and technologies.,Lead and mentor a team of chemical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues and improve overall plant performance.,Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed and that the plant is maintained in a safe and compliant manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in chemical engineering and process optimization technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in chemical process optimization and plant operations.,Strong knowledge of chemical process principles, unit operations, and process control systems.,Experience with process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD, or similar.,Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and cost savings.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations applicable to the chemical industry.
