📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in managing customer relationships and orders.,Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.,Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Prepare and manage sales reports and presentations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in the organization of sales events and trade shows.,Support the sales team in achieving targets and quotas.,Maintain inventory levels and order statuses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the paper and packaging industry is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
