Cloud Shine Sentosa is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
  • Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively.
  • Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales.
  • Monitor store performance against sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reports to management.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and point of sale systems.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
