Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Source and screen candidates for various job openings, both internal and external.Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
