As a Permitting and Land Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with our legal and operations teams to ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained efficiently and in compliance with local regulations. You will also be involved in the land acquisition process, including site visits, negotiations, and documentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and submission of permits and approvals for telecommunication projects.
• Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for land acquisition.
• Coordinate with legal and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Support the negotiation process with landowners and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies for land acquisition and permitting.
• Stay updated on local regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and regulations.
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as required.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
