In this role, you will work closely with our sales, purchasing, and accounting teams to process payments, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records using our in-house accounting software, QuickBooks. You will also be responsible for handling petty cash, managing receipts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record all financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Handle cash, checks, and electronic payments, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Maintain petty cash funds and track expenditures.
• Prepare and submit bank deposits, manage receipts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and alert management to any discrepancies or irregularities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Office Cashier or similar role in a retail or administrative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
• Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail and consumer products industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong background in finance or accounting preferred.
