📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize warehouse operations using WMS and TMS.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reordering, and quality control.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional service.
• Monitor and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and customer service.
• Proven experience with WMS and TMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
