📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Plan and coordinate daily routes and schedules for the fleet, ensuring optimal efficiency and timely deliveries.,Maintain and inspect vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and comply with safety standards.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure they are within budget.,Provide training and support to new drivers to ensure they are up to speed with company policies and procedures.,Report any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities and ensure a thorough investigation is conducted.,Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Valid SIM B license and a clean driving record.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.,Proven track record of safe and efficient driving and fleet management.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
