📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment for children.
• Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
• Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with early childhood education standards and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, providing regular feedback to parents and educators.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and support family engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards for early childhood education.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Represent the preschool at community events and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance the school's reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education leadership roles.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as the National Professional Qualification for Early Childhood Teachers (NPQ) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Experience with curriculum development and assessment tools, such as the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as ClassDojo or Seesaw.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, educators, and other stakeholders to support the holistic development of children.
