📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of employees.,Assist in the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to develop training content.,Coordinate with trainers and facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their skills and performance.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
