In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems, ensuring smooth operation of our business processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Provide technical support to employees and customers.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and followed.,Maintain and update IT documentation.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.,Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
