📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
• Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure we have the right talent in place.
• Manage the recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure we meet them.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting a culture of inclusion and diversity.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including payroll and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and performance evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition or people development.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee development, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
