The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Coordinate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the company's efforts in employee training and development programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR information systems and payroll software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
