As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles, as well as maintaining their condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure the safety and compliance of all vehicles by conducting regular inspections and enforcing safety protocols.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics, such as fuel efficiency, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce fleet costs and improve overall efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including maintenance schedules, fuel purchases, and vehicle assignments.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.,Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
