📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices and bills.,Oversee the company's tax obligations and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company's financial resources.,Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 2 years in a management position.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
