📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Promoting XLSmart products through various sales channels, including direct sales and digital platforms.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Setting and achieving sales targets to drive revenue growth.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the management.
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or related fields, or fresh graduates with a degree in marketing, business, or related disciplines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
• Knowledge of the retail and consumer products industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas of Kabupaten Bengkayang, Kalimantan Barat.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and reliable transportation.
