📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting our products and services.,Manage and mentor a team of baristas and staff to ensure they are trained, motivated, and performing at their best.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols and ensuring compliance with local regulations.,Monitor branch performance against key metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Collaborate with other branches and the corporate office to share best practices and implement company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a coffee shop or café.,Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products, as well as a passion for coffee.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
