In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our tutors in delivering high-quality education to our students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist tutors in preparing and delivering lesson plans and materials.,Monitor students' progress and provide feedback to tutors.,Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions as required.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the learning environment.,Support students with any additional learning needs or challenges.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of teaching strategies.,Assist in the evaluation and grading of student work.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a tutoring or educational setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
