Salon Adi Spareparts is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.
