NOVA Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Assistant Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food items according to the restaurant's standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the culinary industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food items according to the restaurant's standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.,Assist with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.,Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Line Cook or similar role in the culinary industry.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary industry.,Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
