📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify and evaluate risks associated with our operations and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and risk management practices.
• Work closely with the Audit Committee to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia) and relevant regulations.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
