📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with fuel policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with drivers and maintenance personnel to address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Ensure all vehicles are equipped with necessary documentation, including insurance, registration, and safety certificates.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards.
  • Provide support to the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes and schedules.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian.
