📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals to ensure high-quality standards,Manage the kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Prepare and manage food inventories,Train and mentor junior staff members,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items,Participate in inventory management and cost control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Deputy Chef or similar role,Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Proficient in using English (spoken and written)
