📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and negotiate contracts for hospitality and tourism projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to termination, including contract administration, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify contracting opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to optimize our contracting processes.
• Provide expert advice on contract terms, conditions, and best practices, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the hospitality and tourism sector.
• Represent Dwidaya World Wide at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracting, procurement, or a similar role within the hospitality and tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and contract management best practices.
• Proficient in using contract management software, such as SAP Ariba or Coupa.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in contract management or a related field is a plus.
